Payroll Services

Running your own payroll system can work out to be expensive. Your time is money, manual recording and paying for yearly software renewals is often not cost effective for a small firm with a few employees.

Infotax rates are for a fully managed service, no hidden fees or 'administration charges'. Our fees cover all the services listed for both UK and ROI companies.

The fees are tiered, depending on how many employees you have and how often you pay. Please note if you have existing issues with HMRC/Revenue Commissioners, extra charges may apply.

The quoted prices are for electronic processing and emailing of payslips & reports. Infotax has refined the internal work processes, this, combined with experience and keeping a tight control of overheads enables us to offer these services at competitive rates, therefore any amendments to the services (printing and posting of payslips and reports etc) will incur extra charges that will be passed on.

Services:

New employer registration
Payroll setup in HMRC/ROS accredited software
Ongoing staff amendments
Payroll calculations including statutory payments/deductions
Processing & emailing of payslips
Preparation of BACS files, if required
Reports for each month/quarter itemising your HMRC/Revenue Commissioners payments
Completion of P45/P46 and other HMRC/Revenue Commissioner forms
Year end P14/P60/P35 printing & filing
Management and continuous reconciliation of HMRC/Revenue payments
Liaison with HMRC/contributions Agency/revenue inspections, participation in statutory inspections
